We are hiring: Customer Support Employee in part-time employment (m/f/d)

As a fast-growing start-up company for modern pendant lights & floor lamps, we are hiring a customer support employee (m/f/d) with immediate effect. If you enjoy answering customer inquiries, developing individual solutions to problems and have a knack for economical & sustainable management of inquiries, we have the ideal part-time job for you.

What do we offer?

• You can work completely remotely
• You can set your own working hours yourself for the most part
• Remuneration of 13€ / hour (after the 3-month probationary period, previously 12.5€ / hour)

If you have the following skills, we have a match:

• Independent, responsible work
• Good communication skills
• The ability to understand and satisfy the needs of customers and to consider the profitability of the company when dealing with customer inquiries
• Interest in and understanding of our products

These are your areas of responsibility:

• Answering customer inquiries by email via our ticket system
• Developing individual solutions for customer inquiries
• Complaint management: handling customer complaints and attempting to resolve conflicts
• Collecting customer feedback in order to derive improvements for our products from this information
