A driver is installed on our dimmable LED ceiling lights. This can be via the enclosed remote control or via the Tuya app and Alexa & Google Home in our lights from version 2.

It is a legitimate question to want to know what it looks like when the lamps of the lamp break after a few years: after all, you want to enjoy the lamp in the long term. Yes. After all, it is often the case that the power connection is not exactly centered above the dining table. This can be remedied with a cable duct or the like, through which the power cables are led from the connection to the area where the lamp is supposed to hang. The cable can then be guided by one of the ventilation slots on the side of the ceiling suspension. Incidentally, it is also easy to drill another hole into the ceiling suspension with a drill if you want to carry out the cable at a certain point.

Our dimmable lights have their own driver, which adapts the brightness & color temperature and can be controlled via the enclosed remote control & smartphone app. An external dimensional switch cannot control the brightness of the lamp, rather there are conflicts between the driver and external dimmer, which means that the light can no longer be controlled. So we recommend that you do without an external dimmer.

In our lamps that have interchangeable lamps, there is no transformer, which means that the lamp can be dimmed over an external dimmer. The information that the lamps are interchangeable can be found on the product page of the respective lamp.
