How are your LED lights dimmed?
A driver is installed on our dimmable LED ceiling lights. This can be via the enclosed remote control or via the Tuya app and Alexa & Google Home in our lights from version 2.
What if the lamps break at some point?
It is a legitimate question to want to know what it looks like when the lamps of the lamp break after a few years: after all, you want to enjoy the lamp in the long term. At this point we can calm you down - our lights (standing lights & pendant lights) come with a guarantee of 5 years. And if your lamp is defective after these 5 years, we have a repair service that repairs the LEDs.
Can the lamp be attached off the power connection?
Yes. After all, it is often the case that the power connection is not exactly centered above the dining table. This can be remedied with a cable duct or the like, through which the power cables are led from the connection to the area where the lamp is supposed to hang. The cable can then be guided by one of the ventilation slots on the side of the ceiling suspension. Incidentally, it is also easy to drill another hole into the ceiling suspension with a drill if you want to carry out the cable at a certain point.
Can your lights be installed on a slope?
Yes. You can easily mount all of our pendant lights and ceiling lights on a slope.
Is the lamp dimmable with an external dimmer?
Our dimmable lights have their own driver, which adapts the brightness & color temperature and can be controlled via the enclosed remote control & smartphone app. An external dimensional switch cannot control the brightness of the lamp, rather there are conflicts between the driver and external dimmer, which means that the light can no longer be controlled. So we recommend that you do without an external dimmer.
In our lamps that have interchangeable lamps, there is no transformer, which means that the lamp can be dimmed over an external dimmer. The information that the lamps are interchangeable can be found on the product page of the respective lamp.
Are special designs possible?

Can I return my article if I don't like it?

What if my package doesn't arrive?
We send all packages with shipment tracking. So you know where your order is located at all times. In the unlikely case that your package will be lost on the shipping route, we assume full responsibility and send you a new package - without asking questions.
What do I do when my product arrives defective?
Even in the event of damage to your product, we take full responsibility and send you a new package. If this happens, please send us an email with an image of the damaged product to service@lumiere-design.de.
