As a rapidly growing startup company for modern pendant lights and floor lamps, we immediately hire an employee in Customer Support (m/f/d). If you enjoy answering customer inquiries, developing individual solutions for problems and also have a knack for economic & sustainable management of inquiries, we have the ideal part -time job for you.

What do we offer?

• You can work completely remote
• You can do your working hours Mostly divide yourself
• Remuneration of € 13 / hour (after the 3-month trial period, previously € 12.5 / hour)

If you bring the following skills with you, we have a match:

• Independent, responsible work
• Good communication skills
• The ability to understand and satisfy the needs of the customer's needs and to consider the profitability of the company
• Interest and understanding of our products

These are your areas of responsibility:

• Answering customer inquiries by email via our ticket system
• Development of individual solutions for customer inquiries
• Complaint management: Treatment of customer complaints and efforts to solve conflicts
• Collect customer feedback to derive improvements for our products from this information
